3．弹出的窗口如下图所示，就是录音采样选项窗口了。 如果之前我们没有做过任何设置，系统默认是选择在黄框麦克风（Microphone）处的。我们只需任意选择两个红框（Mix）项中的一项即可。
4．此时如果开始在线录制的话，话筒和系统内部的声音都会被录入。如果你是用外置音箱播放音乐，同时接有麦克风，播放的音乐又会通过麦克风传入到系统中，这时就会产生较大的杂音。为了消除这种现象，只录入系统内部的声音，我们需要关闭话筒音量。操作如下： 如第一步所示打开音量控制窗口，勾选麦克风（Microphone）属性下的静音选项，就可以了。
5．如果想要更改回原来的设置，只需要将勾选回到麦克风（Microphone）项下就可以了。
