以上资料从google中搜集整理而成。美国的大学管理体制与中国的有所不同。从师资的结构上看，美国大学的师资有五个主要组成部分：教授（Professor）、副教授（Associate Professor）、助理教授（Assistant Pro－fessor）、研究生助教（Graduate Teaching Assistant）、讲师（Instructor）。教授这个职位也就是我们通常所说的“终身教授”。“终身”这个概念是从英文“Tenure”翻译来的。到了教授这一级，职位就算比较稳定了。这个“稳定”也是相对的。一个A校的教授如果打算调到B校去工作，B校是否会给他“教授”职称要视条件而言。美国大学普遍实行“tenure-track”制度，也被称做“up-or-out”(不升即离)制度，以吸引人才而淘汰庸才。如果空缺的职位不是Tenure track，雇用合同就会将年限规定清楚。一般不会超过两年。广义上说：最高研究职位为终身研究员职位，称为“tenure”，其下面的职位称为“

I am heartbroken because the two pools round our village were stuffed by garbage. My hometowe was a lovely Water Country at one time but today it have to face a big problem, that is, water shortage. In summer, local government will execute the decision of water rationing to resist drought.

It took me a whole day to set the PHP4+MySQL+Apache environment in my computer. Finally I installed the "Discuz!" software successfully. I feel very very happy.

I checked and accepted the HP server for " inSearchOf Shanghai's Lost Time " Project ( maybe you can call this project "Shanghai Memory" or "Yesterday Shanghai", but I like "Lost Time" ) this afternoon. I think the server is marvellous. It has eight disks with 800GB capability and a lovely tape station.
